Return Policy Overview
To ensure your shopping experience is worry-free, we provide convenient return and exchange services. We want every product you purchase to meet your expectations, but if there are any issues, we are happy to help.
Basic Return Policy
- You can apply for no-reason return within 15 days of receiving the product
- For quality issues, you can apply for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product
- Returned products must maintain their original condition, including tags, packaging and accessories
- Shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for return
Eligible Return Conditions
Products that meet the following conditions can be returned:
- Within 15 days of receiving the product (calculated from the delivery date)
- Product and packaging remain intact, unopened or unused
- All accessories including product tags, manuals, warranty cards are complete
- Have original purchase receipt (order number or invoice)
Products Not Eligible for Return
- Products damaged, stained or missing accessories due to personal reasons
- Opened, used or installed electronic products and home appliances (except for quality issues)
- Customized products (such as engraved items, custom sizes)
- Clearance or special offer items marked as non-returnable
- Product issues caused by force majeure
- Special category products (such as underwear, swimwear, food) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons except for quality issues
Return Process

Submit Return Request
Log in to your account, go to "My Orders" page, find the order you want to return, click "Request Return" button, and fill in the return reason and related information.

Wait for Review
Our customer service team will review your return request within 24 hours. Once approved, you will receive a return guidance email.

Package the Product
Please put the product and all accessories, manuals, etc. into the original packaging box to ensure the product won't be damaged during transportation.

Ship the Product
Use the return address and shipping information provided in the return guidance email to ship the product back. Please keep the tracking number for reference.

Product Inspection
After we receive the returned product, we will conduct an inspection. Normally, the inspection process takes 1-3 business days.

Refund Processing
After the inspection is confirmed, we will process your refund. The refund will be returned to your original payment method, and the arrival time depends on your payment method and bank processing time.
Exchange Policy
If the size of the product you received is not suitable or you want to change to a different color/style, we provide the following exchange services:
- Exchange request must be made within 15 days of receiving the product
- Exchange product must be a different size or color of the same product
- Exchange product must be in stock, we will discuss solutions with you if out of stock
- Maximum one exchange per order
- Shipping costs during exchange process vary by situation:
- Exchange due to product issues: round-trip shipping costs are covered by us
- Exchange due to personal reasons: round-trip shipping costs are covered by customer
The exchange process is similar to the return process, but please select "Exchange" when applying and specify the specific model, size or color you want to exchange to.
