Delivery Areas
We currently provide delivery services to all provinces and cities in mainland China. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time and fees. For Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and international delivery, please contact our customer service for details.

Delivery Time
Our warehouse processes orders every business day (Monday to Sunday). Orders will be shipped within 24 hours after confirmation.
- Order Processing Time：After you place an order and complete payment, we will process your order within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Time：After order confirmation, we will arrange shipment within 24 hours (excluding holidays).
- Peak Period：During major promotional events or holidays, order processing and delivery times may be extended.
Package Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can track your package in the following ways:

Enter your order number and verification information on our order tracking page to check order status.
Go to Order Tracking →Logistics Partner Website
You can also visit the official website of the logistics company and enter the tracking number to check delivery status.
Receiving Notes
To ensure you receive your items smoothly, please note the following:
- Check if the package is intact before receiving. If there is obvious damage, please refuse to accept it and contact customer service immediately.
- Verify the product model and quantity match your order when signing for delivery.
- If you cannot receive the package at the specified time, you can arrange redelivery through the logistics company or our customer service.
- Some products may require installation or special handling. Please check the relevant instructions on the product detail page.
Note: During the pandemic, delivery in some areas may be affected, and delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I check my order delivery status?
Log in to your account and check all order delivery statuses in the "My Orders" page. You can also use the tracking number we sent to check detailed delivery progress on the logistics company's website.
What happens if I'm not home when the delivery arrives?
If you're not home, the courier will usually contact you to arrange a new delivery time or leave the package at a nearby delivery station. Some areas also offer collection services or smart locker storage.
Why is my order marked as shipped but the tracking information hasn't updated?
This may be due to a delay in tracking information updates. Usually, tracking information will update within 24 hours. If it hasn't updated after 48 hours, please contact our customer service.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
If the order hasn't been shipped yet, you can contact customer service to modify the delivery address. If the order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the logistics company directly to discuss options.
Do you deliver to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan?
We currently support delivery to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, but additional delivery time and customs duties may apply. Please contact customer service for specific information.
